Our award winning head chef Stephen Cansell accredited with 2AA Rosettes (whilst working at County Hotel) leads the kitchen team and insists on using only the freshest ingredients sourced locally where possible to carefully prepare dishes cooked to order. Our beef is Aberdeen Angus and lamb is British and we source our free range pork from Blythburgh, Suffolk with fresh fish delivered daily our menu changes regularly to reflect seasonally available ingredients. The Pub offers a good choice of worldly fine wines and ales and lagers to complement your meal.
