Easily located on the A137 Harwich Road as you enter the village of Ardleigh the restaurant occupies a former public house that has undergone substantial redevelopment and now boasts amenities including a well appointed free car park, landscaped gardens and a modern and fresh decor.

The main emphasis has to be the food and wine, head chef Carlo leads the kitchen team to create stunning dishes to trusted old family recipes using high quality locally sourced ingredients fused with specialty imported Spanish seasonings to achieve truly authentic Spanish flavours.

La Cascada's sommelier (wine expert) Neils, has a vast experience of Spanish wines which he uses to source and import many labels direct from the vineyards.
